Emanuel Schipor - Youth Cancer Europe (YCE)

Emanuel Schipor

Emanuel Schipor is a testicular cancer survivor since 2012. He is a patient advocate representing the Romanian survivorship community “Temerarii” and he has been working as a project manager for the Little People Association since 2013, the only Romanian NGO that delivers psychosocial support on a national level, to more than 2000 children and adolescents affected by cancer every year.

His special interests are policy and peer support, because every young person diagnosed with cancer should know what their rights are and everyone should have equal rights and access to care across Europe.

Emanuel’s aims as a Youth Cancer Europe steering committee member are to further YCE’s goals and
connect to as many young people with cancer as possible.
